Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Areas We currently deliver across Ghana. Delivery times vary by location:
- Accra & Greater Accra: 1–2 business days
- Other regions (Kumasi, Takoradi, Cape Coast, etc.): 3–5 business days
- Remote areas: 5–7 business days
Shipping Rates Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free delivery may be available on qualifying orders — check our current promotions.
Large & Fragile Items Chandeliers, ceiling fans, and large electrical equipment require special handling. Our delivery team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time for these items.

Damaged or Missing Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
